چکیده
Objective: To Formulate and Evaluate Nanoemulsions of Caffeic acid to overcome its poor aqueous solubility bioavailability. Methods: The caffeic nanoemulsions were prepared by spontaneous emulsification method through selection oil phase based on studies surfactant co-surfactant screening the basis their ability. components selected maximum in various media such as isopropyl myristate phase, tween 80 PEG 600 co-surfactant. Pseudo-ternary diagrams constructed optimize percentage oil, then evaluated for surface morphology, zeta potential, droplet size, pH, viscosity drug content. Result: formulated nanoemulsion showed -0.0468 mV potential with size below 100 nm, pH 5.9 9.3 cps. in-vitro release 98.76% 0.1N HCl while 98.57% phosphate buffer (pH 6.8) that was found be significantly higher than drug. Conclusion: improvement leading enhanced oral

Formulation Development and Evaluation of the Therapeutic Efficacy of Brinzolamide Containing Nanoemulsions
Brinzolamide (BZ) is an intraocular pressure reducing agent with low bioavailability. The purpose of the present study was to overcome this issue by development of BZ containing nanoemulsions (NEs) as an ocular drug delivery system with desirable therapeutic efficacy. Brinzolamide NEs were prepared by the spontaneous emulsification method. Based on initial release studies, twelve formulations w...
